This lora is amazing for generating images of women with nose rings. The keywords to use in your prompt are "nostril ring", "double nostril ring", or "septum ring".

This lora works best with high weights close to 1, lower values give a risk of the nose piercing not being present. However, it is worth trying to combine with other loras!
