Dracotail Lukias (星辰槍手ルキアス - Yu-Gi-Oh!)

I was surprised that Dracotail Lukias (or Dragon Tale Lucias depending on who you asked) is almost as popular as Fymena. Which is quite rare considering that he's a dude and he is not the protagonist of any lore theme.

So I figured that I should make a Lora for him. If you wanna make him look "softer", considered adding a bit of "otoko no ko" into the prompt.
