This is a LoCon but it can be used as a regular LORA, all of the sample images were generated with the default lora extension.

the eyes are gacha but they are gated behind the "star-shaped pupils" tag. you can use that tag to inpaint the eyes and it works pretty well.
long sleeve tokiwadai uniform: beige jacket, tokiwadai school uniform, long sleeves, skirt
usual uniform: sweater vest, skirt, tokiwadai school uniform
gym uniform: gym uniform, white shorts
pose: holding remote control, ;p, v, one eye closed, posing, standing
you can prompt the white gloves and white thighhighs as you wish.
for the railgun anime style you need to add "anime_screencap_misaki" to trigger it. some models might require adding flat shading to the prompt
if you want the spider net print on the thighhighs and gloves add "spider web print" to your prompt.
this is probably the best I can do for this character. symbol shaped pupils are notoriously hard to do without inpainting (that's why you'll find a lot of eye inpaint LORAs on civitai) and the white gloves makes the quality of hand generation slightly worse (nothing I can do, it also happens on the base model so it's not really a LORA issue)
bigger filesize because you can't resize a LoCon yet.
