This is an Illustrious style lora for the Moro hooded style from the cartoon Dragonball Super. This one was meant to be Moro in his hooded cloak from the manga, yet there were too few images to make a consistent look. As a result it made more a style lora than a character lora. The general look looked cool enough to keep and just post as a style lora as opposed to Moro wearing his hooded cloak.
A weight of 1 to 1.5 works well with this with most models with most working around 1.3. Sampling Steps of 15 to 35 works well with most models, as does a CFG Scale of 5 to 7.
