For her apperance: isekaisophia, long hair, grey hair, hair over one eye, hair ribbon, yellow eyes, scar on face, earrings, skull hair ornament, black collar, medium breasts, black dress, garter straps, lace-trimmed legwear, bandaged arm. (I don't know if i forgot something)
Minor tips:
If you want change her clothes, better drop trigger word. With tags only you can create her apperance.
Scar on face sometimes need more weight. Force tag if scar not appear.
Her accessories can be pain in the a... ahem... troublesome. You can remove them if needed.
