🌌 Flux Machine: The Ultimate Realism Workflow

Sora can't do it, Imagen 4 too, and Midjourney is in the peloton!

Flux Machine is a finely-tuned ComfyUI workflow built to generate ultra-realistic, cinematic images with precise skin texture, photographic lighting, and detail-rich visuals by layering the best LoRAs and nodes for photoreal quality.

No plastic skin, no excessive bokeh, and no same face, just pure perfection!

✅ Requirements:

📦 LoRAs:

  • SameFace Fix – Keeps faces less consistent across outputs

  • SamsungCam UltraReal – Emulates some low-quality camera artifacts.

  • Photorealistic Skin: No Plastic – Eliminates plasticky skin, adds pores and texture

🔧 Custom Nodes:

  • ComfyUI-post-processing-nodes

  • UltimateSDUpscale

  • ComfyUI-GlifNodes

  • ComfyUI-Detail-Daemon

  • ComfyUI Extended

📏Upscale Model :

  • 4x_NMKD-Siax_200k.pth

💡 Tips

  • Ignore grid/line artifacts in base image — these are resolved in the upscale phase.

  • Changing the upscaler’s sampler to Deis can add more microdetail but might make skin rougher — test depending on the desired output.

🛠️ Key Workflow Features

  • Three realism LoRAs are applied in a careful chain, with tuned strength values.

  • Deis/Beta scheduler for detailed native images

  • Multiply sigmas trick (×0.98) to reduce excessive bokeh and blurryness.

  • Second pass/upscale with Euler/Beta to add even more details.

  • Flux guidance at 2.8 for native image, turned all the way down to 0 to produce even more realistic pictures.

  • Simple film grain post process, and reduced image temperature that tends to be always too warm
