Sims is a shipgirl from the popular gacha game Azur Lane, She was one of the first shipgirls I liked when I first played it years ago. She is only a Rare shipgirl which in games terms means pretty much you can get rid of her,but I liked her personality and her appearance so I thought about generating her.
Please note that I tried generating her full clothing but it has been pretty difficult, you'll likely need to use inpainting if you want to get her american flag print ribbon as there is a high chance the AI will likely change the entire clothing in american flag patterns if you put "american flag print" in prompts
