Designed to elicit the rough, gritty feel of that 90s-early naughts style of animation you saw when looking up at the CRT for hours on end. Vivid colours and grainy vibe, deep contrast with a weird desaturation from the old tube itself.

Languor makes you want to get comfy and relax, maybe just... Sit a while and enjoy the nostalgia.

When I want the retro look this is some of what I suggest you use:

Low cfgs (1-2.5cfg) and low step with something like DDIM

I also recommend tags such as:

retro aesthetic, 

Experiment with:

   90s anime, analog filter

However these require pretty good prompting skill and guidance so the model can properly guess as they aren't proper tags, so YMMV on those. Experiment!
