Noelia - Fantasy Life (IL)

Something I've wanted to do for a while and recently got some requests for. Noelia from Fantasy Life; specifically, an Illustrious model. Not very flexible, given that images of Noelia are close to nonexistent, but it is workable with a strength of .75-.85.

Currently working on Yuelia for Illustrious too... She's a few days away~ ^^
