Cindy Vortex’s snooty mother, as well as her machismo athlete/magazine centerfold aunt. Why does her mom’s sister have the same surname or, alternatively, if she’s her father’s sister, why does she look so much like her brother’s wife? Did her dad take her mom’s name? Did her father’s brother marry her mother’s sister (which would make any of their children Cindy’s double cousin, effectively a genetic half-sibling)? Am I overthinking a 20 year old cartoon? The world may never know!

Made with 9 images of Susie and 22 of Sasha, all screencaps of the show. This was pretty annoying to do since Sasha is just a background extra most of the time and part of a crowd the rest. Another in my experiments on how a shortage of training data can be made up for by including similar characters in training data (there's barely any of Susie). Despite Jimmy's claims, their eyes are the same color, and their earlobe lengths looks pretty similar too.
