A resource for this character exists for Pony Diffusion but never came out for Illustrious. I have no idea how the Pony version came to be, as I couldn't find images to use as training data. So this was built from images generated with the pony version.
It's good enough for me to get my fix, as I'm trying to stay away from score_x tags. Face-fix doesn't seem to do anything, go with hi-res fix.
