Alright, this was requested at Arc en Ciel, I never thought this was going to be the first Sailor Moon character I'd upload 😅. She was tricky to make as sometimes she's on the episode like 5 seconds and sharing the frame.

About the LoRA, her appearance is:

tsukikuko, 1girl, mature female, dark brown eyes, blue hair, long hair, wavy hair, half updo, parted bangs

Use leold style to get her looking like in the anime. flat color can help as her clothes are completely flat a lot of the time.

The outfits are:

• Default (sweater):

light yellow sweater, turtleneck, long sleeves, white apron, green-trimmed apron, back bow, orange skirt, long skirt, pink slippers

• Shirt (the skirt is not that good):

light yellow shirt, short sleeves, white apron, waist ribbon, back bow, light green pencil skirt
