Pandaclip: the black thief 5 Characters

LoRA Description: Pandaclip - The Black Thief (5 Characters in 1 LoRA - Unstable Version)

Introduction:

This LoRA was trained on Pandaclip: The Black Thief, combining 5 characters into one model. It’s my first time trying this kind of project, and I mainly did it to practice and learn more about LoRA training. Because of the small dataset and some messy prompts, the model is unstable and may not always give accurate results. Still, it was a fun challenge to see how well I could keep the character styles together.

Character Image Counts:

• Chiwa: 28 images

• Neva: 28 images

• Pio: 18 images

• Popino: 19 images

• Rophys: 21 images

Dataset Notes:

I tried to select the best images possible during dataset creation. The images were collected from Facebook, X (Twitter), Pinterest, QooApp, Unity asset rips, and other websites. However, since the dataset is small and tagging was inconsistent, character accuracy isn’t perfect.

Testing Observations (on A1111 Google Colab):

• Pio, Popino, and Rophys: Recognizable, but they mostly resemble generic character types rather than perfect matches.

• Neva: Outfit rendering is often inaccurate. The dataset didn’t have enough consistent images, so prompts like outfit_neva_casual may not produce expected results.

• Chiwa: Generally performs well and looks close to the original.

While tagging, I sometimes got overwhelmed and used auto-tagging or copied and pasted tags before adjusting them. I may have missed or duplicated some base tags—many of them follow Danbooru-style tagging.
