FisheyeFX is a stylized fisheye lens LoRA for SDXL, trained on real-world warped-angle photography to simulate dramatic wide-angle distortion. It's ideal for cinematic shots, fashion exaggeration, and surreal portrait setups.
What it does:
This LoRA exaggerates facial proportions and scene curvature, mimicking the look of a 15mm fisheye lens. It bends the horizon, pulls back the scene, and warps perspective in a way that enhances expressive, moody, or offbeat compositions.
Recommended Usage (Important):
- Strength Range: 1.0
to 2.0
is optimal.
(Lower values are more subtle and may suit realism-focused outputs)
- Trigger Word: fishylens
- Settings: dpmpp 2m karras, 5-7.5 cfg, 28-30 steps
- Prompt Tips: I strongly recommend using phrases like:
"fisheye lens photo, wide-angle, distorted ground, curved horizon, exaggerated face proportions, ultra-wide view, 15mm lens, barrel distortion, warped perspective..."
Works well on:
SDXL Base 1.0
Should be compatible with other LoRAs (but some may weaken distortion or override camera simulation).
Lastly, higher CFG values can give you cleaner results.
Notes:
This is v1.0 (experimental). It performs consistently in most cases but extreme angles may still produce facial warping. Future versions may expand support for dynamic poses and side angles.
Trained on ~200 portrait-style images with caption tuning.
