This is another merge, this time of my VBBMCV and of HomoVeritas as well as a SuperMerge of several muscle focused Loras hence the MAX.

Much like my Beefy merge this merge focuses on muscle. Unlike Beefy since i used multiple Lora in the merge at low strengths the quality/clarity of MAX is much improved. This merge does also show better results when not aiming for true-realistic instead for semi-realistic. The Trigger words from before in Beefy do still show effect but "Large Muscles" shows the most change in size. I also wanted to show that it was possible to generate Females with this merge but due to the focus of hypermasculinity Males do have better results. If looking to create your muscle mommy but are getting a daddy simple put "male, penis, testicles" an any other male associated prompt into your neg-prompts and put prompts pertaining to females in your positive prompts.

In the slides I also show that even though I am generally using only a select set of Embeddings, standard neg-prompts can work just as well.

Models Used in Merge

Lora Used

Because of their inclusion in the merge their respective trigger worlds have an effect but from testing not necessary.

Notes

It is possible to get some extreme size with use of prompts like "massive bodybuilder" or "extremally muscular" as well as prompts like "huge biceps" or "wide shoulders". Simply prompts the reinforce muscle and size will help increase the size and detail of your subjects muscles. That said more size does come at a cost to the possible poses your subject will do without the use of ControlNet as well as the amount of clothing they generate in without reinforcing the kind of clothes you with for them to be in. You can also increase the weight of your prompts but I highly advise against going above 1.5 with any prompt as the likelihood of malformities will increase.
