Put the file in your models/loras/ folder and add <lora:Jommeke_ill3:0.8> to your prompt.
It does not work well with all models. I recommend chrismixToon, zukanimoonmix or novaCartoonXL.
( If you want a LoRA compatible with other models such as Pony, you can reuse my dataset to train it by yourself, inside the zip I added simple instructions on how to do it. )
