Cetoddle (#974) an Ice-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IX. (Requested)

Use: Ctdlepkmn

Tags: pokemon (creature), white body, single horn, tail, black eyes, bright eyes

Negatives: "3d, closed/open mouth, eyebrows, Wings"

Optional:

• Shiny pokemon, black body - (Shiny variant)

• "Pink skin (or "orange skin" for its shiny) - (Additional tag you could use if it fails to add those pink details on its body)

• "Anthro" - (Obvious, may mess up its face sometimes when doing so so be aware of that...highly recommended to be specific when doing this...(like instead of just dropping down "muscular", adding additional tags like "pecs, abs, muscular male, muscular arms, nipples, etc." Will support you very well.))

Issues: it mainly has issues with getting its tail down correctly, often mistaking it for "wings" from a front perspective. But it overall seems to get it down nicely.
