Swedish Dessert Items

This LoRA adds a bunch of "classic" Swedish dessert items as promptable objects with better results than vanilla SD.

The dataset was gathered together with @kvacky.

Usage

Use the trigger word based on which specific food you want to generate, along with the LoRA to activate it.

<lora:SwedishDesserts:1> {ChocolateBall|SaffronBun|ApplePie|CinnamonRoll|DaimCake|MarengueCake|RiceAlaMalta|StrawberryCake|RosehipSoup|Butterscotch|PrincessCake|Spettekaka|CheeseCake|RhubarbPie}

You can also just ignore the keywords, and you will get more random desserts that still feel a bit Swedish.

Trained Foods

In alphabetical order:

Apple Pie (Äppelpaj)

A classic in many countries. The Swedish version comes in many varieties. Some are heavy on oatmeal, and some are mostly warm apples with a bit of crust on top.

Butterscotch (KnÀck)

A classic Christmas candy. Very easy to make. Very chewy butterscotch that really sticks it to the teeth and shows them who's boss!

Cheese Cake (Ostkaka)

Another dish that exists in many varieties. Can be bought in most food stores year-round very cheaply. Great with whipped cream on top.

Chocolate Ball (Chokladboll)

Very traditional no-bake recipe. Heavy on the oatmeal. Works great without the coffee too. Is usually rolled in pearl sugar or coconut flakes, but you can roll them in anything sweet or cover them in chocolate.

Cinnamon Roll (Kanelbulle)

Probably the most common "fika" object. Cinnamon-flavored wheat bun. Go heavy on the sugar and cinnamon mix! Thank me later.

Daim Cake (DaimtÄrta)

A chocolate, almond and caramel cake. It is a brand, but you can of course make it yourself too. Less traditional, but very tasty.

Marengue Cake (MarÀngtÄrta)

Some kind of pavlova.

Princess Cake (PrinsesstÄrta)

The most iconic Swedish cake. Royal in status and usually covered in a green sheet of marzipan paste. Very sweet and best served cold during summer.

Rhubarb Pie (Rabarberpaj)

Another traditional Swedish pie. Usually served during summer and fall when the rhubarb is picked and everyone has too much. Very sour in taste often so it combines great with vanilla gelato or whipped cream.

Rice Ă  la Malta (Ris Ă  la Malta)

It's basically rice porridge mixed with cream. Mixes perfectly with some fruit sauce or any other fruity topping. Can be made in 3 minutes with store-bought rice porridge.

Rosehip Soup (Nyponsoppa)

An incredibly refreshing dessert soup. Amazing with whipped cream, or combined with Rice Ă  la Malta. Can take a while to cook, but the store-bought one is great too.

Saffron Bun (Lussekatter)

Very traditional Christmas bun. Shaped like a fancy curly S, with raisins in the middle. Easy to make and if you like saffron it's a no-brainer.

Spit Cake (Spettekaka)

Also called "Pyramid Cake". From the southern part of Sweden. It's very sweet, and has some shared ancestry to Baumkuchen or TrdelnĂk, but is not really too similar.

Strawberry Cake (JordgubbstÄrta)

The traditional summer cake. It's kind of the "default cake" in Sweden. But it's like that for a reason too.
