The prompts for the print is extra because you actually got several options.
If you don't like the scorpion print, you can easily leave that prompt out and just get the lotus flowers with lotus print. But if you want the character outdoors with plants it can happen that it will generate lotus flowers around them. So use the prompt floral print instead.
