alcsmky is the trigger. twintails, grey hair grey eyes, horns all help with consistency. You can also try scar across eye but I couldn't make this consistently appear.

Her default outfit: jacket on shoulders, sleeveless shirt, see-through shirt, black bra, skull, jewelry, black skirt, high heels.

Her skin outfit isn't perfect, but it works: black leotard, navel, single pantsleg, single thighboot.

I recommend lower weight like 0.7 for custom clothes and to put jacket on negative prompt when doing so.
