Hiita the Fire Charmer from the Yugioh card game.
I remember her being the first charmer I ever got way back then.
She's another record breaker (213 pictures to be exact, I probably shouldn't be using that many.)
Her hair length is also very consistent on both official and fanart, so I settled for medium hair for the prompts.
