Amanda Sochi Payne (Constant Payne)

A character from Constant Payne, a anime-esque Nickelodeon (?) pitch about a daddy-daughter duo that never went beyond the pilot (but it DOES predate Avatar the Last Airbender). One could assume the adventures would run the same gamut series like Johnny Quest or the Secret Saturdays might go through.

The model may not capture the look of the show but it is meant to accurately represent Amanda more accurately... in theory.
