Did you ever notice how many people live in Apartment 20? I know it's an 18-story building, but gosh, there sure are a lot of residents. Like Quinnie. I don't know Quinnie very well, and I'm sure she's a nice girl, but the woman can't park between two white lines to save her life. And she drives a Fiat! Inexcusable.
