Prince Otto (The Oz Kids)

Another Oz Kids character is here. This time: a major villain, Prince Otto of the Nomes. His father is the Nome King and they are among Emerald City's biggest dangers. Otto in particular is in a conceited state of mind (especially if he has access to the magic belt of Oz) and is obsessed with wanting to take over the whole land of Oz and make his "tiny peasants" do his bidding.

But don't... you... know... that (guess what item?) are poison... poison... poison to Nomes?
