A merge with the intent of inhering the composition and the stylish characteristics from Counterfeit-V3 while still retaining most of the LoRA compatibility and good anatomy from Based64

TLDR - it looks pretty similar to counterfeit, has better anatomy, less crazy shit popping out and doesn't suffer as much from AOM2 cursed realism as based64, which are a pain in the ass to use together with some styles
