Chloe Carmichael is a 10-year old girl who appeared during the 10th (and final) season of The Fairly Oddparents. She is Timmy's enthusiastic neighbor which born the same day when Timmy was born, at around March 1992. She tends to wish for things that may help people or be nice to them. Her favorite TV show is The Fair Bears, a parody of the Care Bears that speaks about being nice to others and to always be fair.
Chloe is usually an easy-going, intellect and proud with a "can-do" manner. Trying so hard to do the good things when it comes for the living. On the outside she'd probably nice, beautiful and somewhat naive. But on the inside she surprisingly develops tomboyish attitude due to the fact that she always fear of quitting, easily determined, all the while to maintain her tremendous power keep concerning for others should they want some help (in truth, she only DOES concern for Timmy even though they're not related yet).
