Child is from DC's Young Justice. Not familiar with the deep lore, but Child is a magical Chaos Lord and apart of a fight against good that has lasted eons. She chose her name on a whim, so in typical anime/fictional fashion, she is an eternally young character while still being an adult.
Tried to add Flaw, but didn't turn out well.
