Halloween Specials: Spindlebones

Spindlebones is a tall, skeletal figure draped in a tattered blue coat stitched together with strands of silver wire and bone. His body is unnaturally thin — each rib and joint twisting like clockwork gears, giving him a jerky, spiderlike grace when he moves. His skull is narrow and elongated, with deep hollows where two glowing orange lights flicker like dying candles. From his crown bursts a mane of smoldering fire, trailing wisps of ember and ash as he moves through the fog.

Across his back hangs a jagged, glowing sword known as Soulbrand, forged from molten iron and the essence of fallen spirits. When drawn, it hums softly, whispering names of those who have crossed into the afterlife.

Spindlebones is mischievous but not mindless — a collector of secrets and stray souls who delights in riddles and bargains. He speaks in a rasping, echoing tone, often chuckling at his own grim humor. Though his presence is terrifying, he is not purely malevolent; he walks the line between life and death, ensuring that the balance between the two remains intact.
