The "Frau Mu" dairy brand mascot.
There is only one picture: a simple vector portrait.
It seems that "frau mu" generates a minor in the base model, and the picture doesn't really show the breasts, so you may need to add "child" to the negative prompt to get a more shapely body.
The dress is probably not any kind of a dirndl, but I'd made these descriptions some time ago and didn't re-test them. The hat looks like a Dutch cap from Dutch art to me.

Regularization (prior preservation in OneTrainer) was only done for "cow". OneTrainer implicitly generated reg images using img2img from 512x512 images of various inflatable cows, a few drawings of MLP-related cows, a couple of women wearing cow print clothes, and a few real cows. 119 images in total, Loss Weight 0.066666667.
