Princess Dorathea from Danny Phantom in her dragon form. I didn't see anyone make a lora on here yet, so I went ahead and made one. I have trained this with about 30 image screencaps from the show in HD. Her nostrils are a bit unique and it'll generate more as regular dragon nostrils most of the time instead of the spiral nostrils, but I don't think that's a dealbreaker. Everything else works extremely well.
