When I asked the AI for “the best tags to train a healthy and toned physique,”
it confidently recommended "slim toned" and "flat stomach" as the ultimate combo.
So, I decided to include them as an experimental element in this LoRA.
For images where the stomach is visible, these tags are applied in the captions.
Feel free to add them to your prompt if you prefer that look.
However, the effect will likely be subtle rather than dramatic.

"slim toned, flat stomach" が最強だと自信満々に勧められたため、試しに実験的な要素として取り入れてみました。

ただし、劇的な変化は期待しないほうが良いと思います。
Since this LoRA was trained on a dataset of monochrome images, it is recommended to add "monochrome, grayscale" to the negative prompt when generating color illustrations.
Additionally, including prompts such as "anime coloring" and specifying hair and outfit colors can increase the likelihood of generating color illustrations.
For example, try prompts like "brown eyes" or "blue skirt" to clearly indicate colors other than black or white.
If the character's trigger word already includes color information, you may not need to worry about this as much.
