A character LoRa for Boodle from One Piece. He is the mayor of Orange Town, which was invaded by the Buggy Pirates. His first appearance is in Episode 6 "Desperate Situation! Beast Tamer Mohji vs. Luffy!" of the anime series. Trained on screencaps of Orange Town Arc only.
