This is an LCM Enabled Fork of XenoGASM v5. I am releasing it as a separate branch as it's a new technology and with zillions of different ways to potentially make use of this - it's impossible for me to run enough tests to know everything that works, doesn't work, works well, or merely sorta works.
If you aren't interested in experimenting with LCM Samplers (or LCM enabled checkpoints with other samplers) then you probably want to stick with XenoGASM's primary release.
If you aren't sure or don't know what LCM is - check my article here.
In short - LCM is a new sampler which requires checkpoints that have LCM Weights baked into them. You cannot use LCM sampler on a non LCM checkpoint - but you can use LCM Checkpoints on other samplers (with varying levels of success).
IMPORTANT: There are CFG Scale changes that you MUST do (anything higher than 2 will get you black screen) and, of course, if you want to try this with the LCM sampler, there are specific things you must set up and download. SEE THIS ARTICLE for details.
Aside from being a bit darker and moodier (similar to using Noise Offset embeds/LoRas to get that look) the outputs do seem fairly similar to the original V5 of XenoGASM except that you can get those same results in half the number of iterations (or even fewer, in some cases).
If you are new to XenoGASM - check the original description for more information on what it can do and all that fun stuff.

I can't possibly test every combination of settings that may or may not work with this.
If you run comparisons between settings and between LCM vs. non LCM versions of this or any other LCM enabled Checkpoints I release - please do share them so I can update the "What works and what sucks" list. This is all very new to everyone and has really only been available at all for A111 installs for a couple weeks (as of this writing on 12/8/23). The more wins and losses I can see - the better we'll know if this is going to be a new standard for things - or if we should just stick to the old stuff.
Civitai Generations?
Maybe - on my (limited) tests Euler A sampler looked pretty good - even at lower step counts. DPM++ samplers did NOT. But the tests were limited. And I don't believe we have the LCM sampler that is really the best for this on Civitai. So... feel free to try, but make sure you turn down the CFG scale for sure, and don't expect miracles - especially with no upscaling and/or face restore.
Like it? Buy me a beer.
I'm using Civitai's trainer - so Buzz Point tips are helpful too - even just a few add up.
