Trigger:

Clothes: (black dress, high collar, blue capelet, armor, breastplate, gauntlets, shoulder armor, metal boots, high heel boots, waist plates, (white cloth)
Known Issues / Notes:
If you specify skirt tabard, tabard belt, or anything else similar to that it will show up correctly on the dress, but also influence the breastplate. White cloth seems to do the job without changing the armor. Not specifying either can make the tabard black.
