Luke is a Dewott OC created by a now-deactivated Deviantart account Cactuscandle (which i discovered later was actually fiddleafox, an artist i never heard of until a few days ago), he is a prince who ran away from home as a Oshawott but came back a year later as a Dewott, he's a terrible cooker and had an older brother named Chris
the model has trouble generating the Dewott's pants/skirt thing since it was trained mostly with images from her comic Troubles Waters, which doesn't show his full body for the most part
