Sea Extract

THIS MODEL IS OLD (Early 2024)

This model is an old SDXL model merge that was originally made by Gungie (aka Gurp) which was originally shared via mega. It is a really good upscaling SDXL model, and can be used to generate some pretty amazing images.

All workflows for this model are required to use upscaling, as single individual gens made with this model have issues with some artifacts and faces.

This is an old SDXL model (early 2024). It does not hold up very well in comparison to most modern SDXL derivative models. Although is still a high quality upscaling resource, and model merging resource.

This model was used in several merging steps while I was creating the willysNoobRealism line of models.

There have been a few people looking for this old model since the mega link went down well over a year ago.

TL:DR

Resolution: 1024x1024 to 1280x1280 max recommended resolution

Sampler: dpm++ 3m sde gpu

Scheduler: sgm uniform

Steps: 25+

CFG: 5-6

This model was not trained or merged with any resources that were capable of generating images at anything higher than 1024x1024, so the recommended resolutions for this model are the default SDXL aspect ratio resolutions, or up to 1280x1280.

Sampler and Scheduler are up to personal preference. Most will work fine with this model, although some will cause increased artifacts and others will possibly cause images to either lose or gain additional levels of detail.
