Miharu - ミハル (Gasaraki)

And time for another retro character from one of those 90's series that got overshadowed and seems to be almost forgotten nowadays: Miharu, from the political/mecha combo of Gasaraki.

Not much data of her (especially wearing something different to her pilot suit) so the LORA may be a bit stubborn with other outfits.
