The Intent
A stylized, dark, and colorful model that is unique, fun, mysterious, and interesting. A proper name for this could have been, "Twilight Dreamworld" or something along those lines. This is a modified version of the base model to this which is just called "Citadel" - hence the name "Citadel Eclipse." I found this one to be so interesting and fun to generate with, that I pushed it out before the base. I hope that you can have some fun with it too!
The Truth
It is not for everything and has a relatively rigid style, but what you do within that style is pretty fun. It can be flexible if you learn to tame it a bit. It loves girls, though, and even insists on making them at times (nsfw or sfw).
Expect evening and night, but it is somewhat capable of day light, and expect the occasional surprise. You can pull lots of interesting lights and colors out of it. Additionally, success with hands is a die roll.

It works well with pretty standard settings.
