Born in 1950 and a graduate of the Florence School of Architecture, Vincenzo Sguera is a versatile Italian architect, artist, and creative director.

Career Highlights:

• Creative Leadership: In 1982, he founded the NEXT studio. As a Creative Director, he developed licensed product lines for global icons like Hello Kitty, Snoopy, and The Simpsons, as well as fashion giants like Diesel and Benetton.

• Publishing: Since 2008, he has focused on Arkivia Books, an editorial project providing high-quality visual libraries and trend books for the international design and fashion industries.

• Expertise: He is a renowned specialist in surface design, textures, and patterns, having authored dozens of professional volumes used by designers worldwide to inspire contemporary graphics and textiles.
