Hard to generate Rupees and the wallet in the same picture, but can be done with some effort. just pick a desired color, works best with Green, blue, yellow, red, and purple. May also work with silver, orange, and black (rupoor).

Cant really adjust the size much. For characters holding the wallet, use "holding bag". Though also

may generate at various wrong sizes, or with the gem being weirdly placed. May have the character wear a backpack accidentally.

Pick a color for the bag (I recommend brown, blue, red, green, purple), and a color for the gemstone (I recommend green, blue, red, purple, yellow). Addition of the tag "crest" may help generating designs / patterns on the bag around the gem.
