Simple Video Watermark Remover

I thought I would share a simple workflow I've been using for removing watermarks from Sora videos.

What it does

This workflow:

• loads your input video

• uses SAM3Segment with the prompt "watermark" to detect the watermark on each frame

• grows and feathers the mask slightly for smoother blending

• passes the refined mask into SimpleWatermarkRemover using LAMA

• rebuilds the final video while preserving the original audio and FPS

🧪 Includes Single-Frame Test Mode

This workflow also includes an optional but recommended Test Single Frame section so you can preview results on one frame before running the full video.

⚠️ Notes

• works great with Sora2

• its not perfect and can leave some distortion behind

• If edges are visible, increase mask expand slightly and add a bit more blur.

If results are not ideal, try tweaking:

• SAM3 Confidence Threshold

• Mask Expand (Grow Mask)

• Blur Radius/expand
