Shirley "the Loon" McLoon

This LoRA faithfully recreates Shirley McLoon, the valley-girl, New Age-spiritual, self-proclaimed psychic loon from Tiny Toon Adventures (1990–1992, voiced by Gail Matthius). Shirley is the quintessential 1990s “California hippie” parody: ditzy, overly dramatic, obsessed with astrology, crystals, auras, past lives, and “vibrations.” She speaks in exaggerated valley-girl slang (“like, totally!”, “far out!”, “the vibes are, like, so not good!”), constantly misreads situations with her “psychic” powers, and delivers every line with theatrical flair. Despite her airheadedness, she’s surprisingly helpful in her own weird way. The model locks her classic 1990s Warner Bros. design: white feathers, blonde hair, pink bow, and perpetual dreamy, spacey expression.
