Kelly (voiced by Ashley Tisdale) is one of the people who seeks Brian Griffin's autograph at a signing of his best-selling book, Wish It, Want It, Do It. in the Family Guy episode "Brian Writes a Bestseller". When Brian gives her his phone number instead of signing his book, she leaves, disturbed by his advances.
Her character model with a different outfit has become a very common background character on the show, appearing as recently as season 24. Bar Girl also has a similar model to her. A background character with her usual outfit but brown hair, black hipster glasses, and a different hairstyle also appears frequently in recent seasons. Kelly is also occasionally depicted as a mother with a young blond son.
