Callie Briggs (SWAT Kats)

This LoRA faithfully recreates Deputy Mayor Callie Briggs (full name Calico "Callie" Briggs), the competent, brave, and highly capable deputy mayor of Megakat City, appearing as a major supporting heroine and ally to the SWAT Kats in the 1993–1995 Hanna-Barbera animated series SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron. She is voiced by Tress MacNeille (who also voices Babs Bunny in Tiny Toon Adventures).Callie is portrayed as the true backbone of city hall — intelligent, strong-willed, fearless, and independent. While Mayor Manx is often absent playing golf, Callie runs Megakat City, handles crises, and secretly contacts the SWAT Kats via her communicator whenever the city is in danger from supervillains like Dark Kat, the Pastmaster, or the Metallikats. She frequently gets caught in perilous situations but proves she can handle herself.The model locks in her canonical 1990s Hanna-Barbera animation design: an anthropomorphic female cat with light brown/tan fur, long wavy blonde hair that falls past her shoulders, sea-foam green eyes, and a slender yet curvaceous adult woman figure. She wears glasses and her signature professional outfit: a business suit jacket with matching pencil skirt (or occasionally slacks), a white collared blouse underneath, and high-heeled shoes. She is often seen carrying her small communicator device.
