This was an experiment in creating a LoRA based on a single image: that of a matte painting from the 1979 Buck Rogers TV show, showing "New Chicago" at night.
It creates brooding, darkened and fog shrouded retro-futuristic city-scapes suitable for filling your various cyberpunkian background needs.
