'adelbert steiner (final fantasy), armor, hat feather'. It's not hard to get him into the normal outfit, what's hard is getting him to change it at all. Basically every image in the training set is Steiner in the armor, so changing it can be tricky. Had to use weights lower than 1 to get different outfits.
