use easyfluff yaml.
for realism, furtastic's negative embeddings help a lot. use high cfg rescale values to reduce jpeg noise and hdr frying effects.
the model has a strong grasp of both natural language which is often lacking in other photorealistic models. it will also correctly controlnet or img2img unrealistically curvy proportions. the noisiness of the images also resembles 2000s-10s amateur photography once reduced to tolerable levels. for these reasons i find it useful for creating lewd images and i hope you will too :)
