Introduces cobweb into the scene. NOT the typical spiderweb pattern!!
It attaches to objects, can cover objects, possible to create things made out of cobweb.
It can also be used as a "morpher" to create cobweb shaped/structured objects, such as buildings or artwork...

...also tends to turn female clothing to lace.
