This is a character LoRA for Trap Jaw from the 1983 Filmation Cartoon series He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.
Filmation loved to re-use animation cels to save money, and Trap Jaw has an asymmetrical design, so his robot arm would often switch sides depending on what direction he was facing. It should be on his right arm, but pretty inconsistent. If people really care about this detail, I can probably horizontal-flip offending source screenshots and try again. Let me know.
