This is a helper LoRa that didn't skip leg day.
It's originally designed for sitting with crossed legs, since whenever I tried getting those poses it would often cut off legs, distort them badly or just make it very difficult to archieve. However I went a bit out of scope and it should help with legs in general as well as shoes/feet.

Some more Tipps:
If you don't define sitting/crosslegged but just use the keyword you will get more variety in poses including raised legs.
Use the keyword but prompt against it (like standing) should help fix legs more.
Try types of shoes (high heels, sneakers etc)
Trained on SD 1.5, tested in URPM 1.3 and Grapefruit v4, should work on most models.
I made 2 preview images with the keyword in it for auto if anyone wants them, it's the last 2 example images.
